Chocolate Banana Paleo Crepe



Indulge in these guilt-free Paleo crepes made with ripe bananas and cocoa powder, topped with sliced bananas and dark chocolate chips for a delightful treat. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil for cooking
  • Sliced bananas and dark chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, large eggs, almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Blend until the batter is smooth and well combined

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with coconut oil

Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, swirling it around to spread evenly and create a thin crepe

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the crepe is set

Carefully flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side

Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter

Once all crepes are cooked, garnish them with sliced bananas and dark chocolate chips

Roll or fold the crepes and serve immediately
