Frozen Mango Greek Yogurt



This Frozen Mango Greek Yogurt dessert is delicious and cool, just what you need on a hot summer day. There is a hint of honey in it, along with smooth Greek yogurt. Adding fresh mint leaves and mango gives this simple treat a burst of flavor and a touch of class.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mango for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Place the frozen mango chunks in a food processor or blender

Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed

Pour the frozen mango Greek yogurt into a container and freeze it for at least 2-3 hours, or until it reaches the desired consistency

Once frozen, scoop the yogurt into serving bowls

Garnish with chopped fresh mango and mint leaves

Serve immediately and enjoy!
