  • 1
  • 5 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Butter, honey, minced garlic and ginger, chopped scallions, sesame oil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Put chicken wings in a big plastic bag that can be closed again and again

Pour the marinade over the wings and seal the bag

Spread the wings out evenly with the marinade by massaging the bag

Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight for the best taste

Spread some vegetable oil on a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper

Spread the wings out in a single layer on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Place the wings in an oven that has already been heated up

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before you serve it

If you want, you can add more chopped scallions as a garnish

Enjoy while hot!
