Jo Jo Potato Wedges



These Jo Jo Potato Wedges are a delicious and crispy snack or side dish. They're seasoned with a blend of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme, giving them a flavorful kick. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil until evenly coated

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated

Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden brown and crispy

Serve hot and enjoy!
